Terms of Service

Agentic Commerce OS (“ACOS”, “we”) provides agent-readiness checks, modelled shopping-agent probes and scorecards, an agent gateway, and related tooling for online retailers. By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Provide accurate details when signing up. New workspaces are reviewed before activation and we may decline or revoke access at our discretion. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential.

You agree not to:

• use workspace probing, monitoring or capture against domains you do not own or lack authority to assess (the free readiness check is a public tool you may point at any public storefront, and results of your own checks stay private to you);
• attempt to access other customers’ workspaces or data;
• circumvent rate limits, quotas or platform safeguards, or resell the service without our agreement;
• use the platform to send spam or to break the terms of the AI services it measures.

You own the data you put into your workspace. You grant us the rights needed to store and process it to run the service. API keys you bring (LLM or carrier) remain yours: calls made with them are billed to you by those providers, and you are responsible for complying with their terms. We store your keys encrypted and use them only for the features you invoke.

Separately from your workspace, we publish an agent-readiness directory: a curated index of retailers we audit from their public endpoints, using the published methodology. Those grades are modelled, point-in-time estimates about publicly accessible endpoints — not statements about any company’s systems, security or conduct. Checks run through the free tool are never added to it. If your store is listed and you want it re-checked or removed, email admin@ac-os.ai and we will action it.

Probe results, win rates, scores and diagnoses are modelled estimates — calibrated simulations and sampled observations, not a guarantee of how any AI assistant will behave or of any commercial outcome. Make business decisions with that in mind.

Paid plans are billed by subscription through Stripe. Plan limits (such as probe quotas) apply as described in the app. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing period. You can cancel any time via the billing portal, effective at period end.

We own the platform, its software, scoring methodology and branding. These terms don’t transfer any of that to you, and don’t transfer your ownership of your data to us.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we don’t promise uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose non-excludable guarantees still apply), our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We may suspend workspaces that break these terms or put the platform at risk. You can leave at any time: an organisation OWNER can permanently delete the workspace and all its data from Settings → Danger zone.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
